How do I get started?

Use the CONTACT US tab to inquire about design work. Once we review your inquiry, we will email you an invoice. Upon receiving the deposit, (50%) of the total invoice amount, we being designing. Turnaround times vary based on the project.

Do I get to see drafts before design is finalized?

Yes. We send drafts over so you can see the direction that we are headed in. You are allowed 1 revision to the design before finalizing. Any revisions after that will be charged an extra $50 per revision.

Please note that a revision is not the same as a project change. A revision is something along the lines of; changing the colors, rearranging the words, swapping out the font, etc. A change is when you change the entire concept. We do not make changes after the deposit is paid.

What do you need from me to get started?

Each project has different needs. For example, for a logo project, we would need to know the concept that you have in mind, desired colored palettes, etc.

How will I receive my files?

All of your project files will be uploaded to your client portal or sent via email/your preferred method. If you choose to have a portal you will be sent your invite for your portal after you pay your deposit. The portal will house all of your designs, and files all in one place so you don't have to spend hours searching through e-mails.

I changed my mind, Can I have a refund?

Once the deposit is paid, we immediately start designing. We spend a lot of time working to create your designs and since you can't get time back, no refunds will be given.

What is turn around time?

Turn around times vary from project to project. These times are dependent upon our current work load and are subject to change. Please confirm your expected deadline date in the contact form.

How do I make a payment?

We currently accept payments via Zelle Quickpay (Preferred), Google Pay, Cash App or PayPal.  

What is the best form of communication?

Email is preferred; however, you are able to call or text us directly at 951.525.0634 for a quicker response time just as long as they are within our operating hours. (11am-4pm M-TH). We are not available during the weekend and will respond to all inquiries the following business day.
